Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on December 24, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction in the basement lobby of Broome County Courthouse, 92 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901 on April 7, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., premises known as 481 Crocker Hill Road, Binghamton, NY 13904. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Fenton, County of Broome and State of New York, Section 113.03, Block 1 and Lot 1. Approximate amount of judgment is $138,741.58 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # EFCA2024001434. Cash will not be accepted.
