Zoning Amendment failed with a vote of 2-4. 3. Approval of the Final Pay Request for LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for $89,399.84 for 2024 ARPA Sidewalk Project. 4. Update on 2026 Capital Improvement Plan and Capital Budget. Approval of Capital Improvement Budget Amendment. 5. Approval of Engineering Change order to not exceed $11,200 with FGMA Architects for a Solar System Feasibility Study. Approval of Resolution 2026-04 Affirming the Glendale Police Department's Immigration Policy and City's Commitment to Professional Community-Oriented Law Enforcement. 6.
