COR3 Mechanical is the Construction Manager for Volusia County Public Schools and is requesting proposals for the construction project Champion Elementary School Upgrade CEP.
The project involves the upgrade of the HVAC, Concrete, and Electrical in the existing CEP. Scopes include concrete, painting, HVAC, and electrical.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting & Walkthrough is scheduled February 18, 2026 at 2:30 PM at Champion Elementary School 921 Tournament Dr, Daytona Beach, FL 32124, all bidders are encouraged to attend.
Bids will be received via email at estimating@cor3mechancial.com no later than March 10, 2026, at 5:00PM. Bids received after the appointed date and time will be rejected.
The RFI deadline is February 20, 2026, at 5:00PM. Please submit RFI’s to estimating@cor3mechancial.com. Please refrain from reaching out to the Architect or Owner for information on this project.
Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.
All bidding subcontractors must comply with having all onsite personnel registered with a valid JLA Badge, per Florida Statues. All costs for new employee badging & renewals will be the sole responsibility of the bidding subcontractor. Bidding documents are available upon request at estimating@cor3mechanical.com
