Notice is hereby given of a public hearing of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Weymouth under MGL Ch. 40A, Sec. 14, of the General Laws and Code of the Town of Weymouth, Chapter 120, Articles 24 & 25 to be held at:

This meeting is being scheduled as an in-person meeting. Case #3547– The petitioner, MRM Realty, LLC, for property located at 8 & 14 Stetson Street also shown on Weymouth Town Atlas sheet 20, block 275, lots 2 & 31, located in the R-1 district. The petitioner is seeking:
Special Permit– 120-40 non-conformity continuation
Variance – maximum lot coverage
The property is comprised of two adjacent lots that have been merged for purposes of zoning, one lot has a three-unit multifamily structure, and the other lot has a parking area that serves the multifamily use. The property has significant ledge and topography variety. The lot known as 8 Stetson is 7,500 sq. feet and the lot known as 14 Stetson is 8,030 sq. feet, for a total of 15,530 square feet. The site is nonconforming as to minimum lot size, existing setbacks, and use. The applicant seeks to redevelop the property by demolishing the existing structure and building a four (4)-unit residential townhome project.
