CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR
RFQ 113-2026 (Re-Solicitation) Raa Middle School, New Construction, Remodeling,
Renovations, Demolition and Site Work Project
Pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, and the Chapter 6A-2.0010, F.A.C. the School Board of Leon County, Florida, is seeking services for the above referenced project.
In accordance with State Requirements for Educational Facilities (S.R.E.F.)., 2012, Chapter 4, Section 4.1, Prequalification of Contractors for Educational Facilities Construction: ONLY the state-certified contractors who are currently prequalified by the Leon County School Board may submit their qualifications for this project.
Prequalified Firms shall submit eight (8) bound Qualification Statements no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.Bids may be mailed or hand-delivered. Bids submitted via fax or email will not be considered. The package must be clearly labeled on the outside as listed below:
