FOND DU LAC COUNTY
The Town of Fond du Lac Planning Commission will be meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, Fond du Lac, to review the following applications and make recommendations to the Town Board:
1. A certified survey map for Anthony Ahern, N7206 Winnebago Drive, Fond du Lac, WI
2. The rezoning of the property at N6650 and N6654 Rolling Meadows Drive, Fond du Lac, WI., from C-2 to C-3 to allow for a retail business in one portion of the building. The owner of the property is 542, LLC., 2154 W. Superior St., Chicago, IL.
3. The rezoning of the property on the NW corner of Forest Avenue and Esterbrook Road, Town of Fond du Lac, from C-3 to RM zoning and to request a Special Exception to build a school and church. The owner of the property is Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church, 606 Forest Avenue, Fond du Lac, WI.
Town Board members may be in attendance at this meeting for information gathering only. No action will be taken by the Town Board.
On March 9, 2026, at 6:00 pm, there will be a Public Hearing to reto the recommendations made by the Planning Commission on applications number 2 and 3. Immediately after the Public Hearing, the Town Board will adjourn into the Monthly Meeting where action will be taken on all three applications.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the meetings.
