NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF FRANKLIN PLAN COMMISSION HEARING DATE: Thu. Mar. 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. PLACE: The Common Council Chambers at the Franklin City Hall, 9229 W Loomis Rd, Franklin, WI 53132. APPLICANT: Carlee Beier, Ener-Con Companies, Inc. (FHCC, LLC, property owner). PROPERTY: 11311 W Forest Home Ave. (TKN 748 1002 000) PROPOSAL: Natural Resource Special Exception to allow for impacts to a wetland and related buffers on the south side of the property. Site work will be done to improve drainage to a detention pond. Site restoration and additional compensation plantings will be provided. PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION This public hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of Wis. Stat. § 62.23(7)(d)2. and §15-9-08.B.2.b of the UDO.
