Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Sasha Maranda Guy, married and William T Guy, married, joint tenants with rights of survivorship, originally in favor of Wachovia Bank, National Association on December 24, 2008, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, at Mortgage Book 2009, Page 7663; the undersigned US Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For VRMTG Asset Trust, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, on March 19, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, to-wit:
