No. 04-26   TO THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF BERLIN, MONROE COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:   Public Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Charter Township Board held a second reading and adopted Berlin Charter Township Ordinance to Repeal Berlin Charter Township Junkyards Ordinance, Ordinance No. 04-26 on February 9, 2026. A summary of the Ordinance appears below.   Section 1. Title. This Section sets forth the title of the Ordinance.   Section 2. Purpose. This Section sets forth the purpose of the Ordinance.   Section 3. Repeal of Junkyards Ordinance. This Section repeals the Junkyards Ordinance in its entirety.   Section 4. Severability. This Section sets forth the provision that separates valid portions of the Ordinance from those portions that may be found to be invalid or unconstitutional.   Section 5. Effective Date.
