Box 247 Mantoloking, NJ 08738   LEGAL NOTICE:   Take notice that, pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72 (C.35:3-1 et seq.), the Governing Body of the Borough of Mantoloking shall provide public notice beginning January 1, 2026, and no less than two times per month through December 31, 2026, advising the public that the full text of all legally required notices will be published on the Borough’s official website, located www.mantoloking.org effective March 1, 2026.   Members of the public are advised that a clearly visible hyperlink labeled “Public Notices” https://www.mantoloking.org/1308/Public-Notices will be maintained on the Borough’s homepage to provide direct access to such notices. Additionally, until the New Jersey Secretary of State establishes the legal notices hyperlink webpage as mandated by subsection b. of Section 2 of P.L. 2025, c.72 (C.35:3-2), the Borough shall be deemed in compliance with P.L. 2025, c.72 (C.35:3-1 et seq.), notwithstanding the absence of the Borough’s hyperlink on the State-administered webpage.   Beverley A.
