BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 18th day of March, 2026 the following property to-wit:

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges appertaining thereto, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more. particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot sixty-three (63) of West Lakes Estates Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 28, page 33 through 37, record of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; and being that same property acquired by Saul Sergio Zuckerman and Shellie Maris Woods Zuckerman from West Lakes Estates, LLC, pursuant to Act of Cash Sale dated May 11, 2007, recorded May 22, 2008, in conveyance book 1785, page 250, entry no. 1344257, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
