ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING APPLICATION
TO SELL REAL PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Application of LANDON ALLEN, Administrator of the Estates of Sue Allen a/k/a Carolyn Sue Allen and Robert L. Allen a/k/a Robert Landon Allen, the decedents above named, on file herein, that it is to the best interests of the Estates to sell the real property belonging to said Estates, and described in said Application, in order to pay expenses of this administration.
Therefore, it is Ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the Estates of Sue Allen a/k/a Carolyn Sue Allen and Robert L. Allen a/k/a Robert Landon Allen, the decedents above named, shall appear before the District Court of Osage County, on the 9th day of March, 2026, at 8:30 o'clock a.m. then and there to show cause, if any they have, why an Order, as prayed for in said Application should not be granted to the said Administrator to sell said real property of said decedents, at private sale, for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Application.
It is further Ordered that copies of this Order and Notice be mailed to all heirs-at-law with postage thereon prepaid, at their last known addresses; and that a copy of this Order and Notice be published one (1) time not less than ten (10) days before the time fixed for said hearing.
