The storm water discharge will be from the construction of the Birdland Park Phase 1B Improvements, Activity ID 11-2025-004. located in NW ¼ Sec. 35, T79N, R24W, Polk County Storm water will be discharged from 1 point source and will be discharged to the following stream: Des Moines River.
