ASHEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET   Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes §§ 159-12 and 159-42, notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Asheville (“HACA”) will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2026 HACA Budget during its Regular Board Meeting:   Date: Wednesday, February 25, 2026 Time: 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible Location: Board Room, HACA Central Offices 165 S. French Broad Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801   A copy of the proposed 2026 HACA Budget has been submitted to the HACA Board and is available for public inspection Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at all HACA property offices and at HACA Central Offices, 165 S.
