NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS  The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified businesses to provide Design Services for NW BRT Corridor (RFQ# 26-004). Submissions will be received through COTA’s online eProcurement Management System at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cota until 2:00 p.m. on March 16, 2026. Prospective vendors are encouraged to visit the portal to download the specifications/scope of work for this opportunity and register for notification of future solicitations. COTA vendors must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.  COTA hereby notifies all Proposers that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation.
