NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
ETOWAH COUNTY
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Patricia C. Hollis, a single woman, originally in favor of New Century Mortgage Corporation on August 26, 2003, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama, at Book M-2003, Page 4473; the undersigned Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003-4 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Etowah County, Alabama, on March 17, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Etowah County, Alabama, to-wit:
To describe a tract or parcel of land being at the Southwest corner of Lot One (1), Block One (1) of Mountain Top Estates as recorded in Plat Book “F”, Page 203, Etowah County Probate Office; thence run North along the
West line of said Lot One (1) a distance of 110 feet to a point; thence deflect 91 degrees 05 minutes right and run a distance of 218.5 feet to a point on the East line of Lot One (1), Block One (1), also being the Westerly right of way line of Marjorie Circle; thence deflect 88 degrees
65 minutes right and run Southerly along the East line of the
aforementioned Lot One (1), Block One (1) a distance of 110 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence deflect 91 degrees 04 minutes right and
run Westerly along the South line of said Lot One (1), Block One (1) a distance of 218.5 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel of land being the South 110 feet of Lot One (1), Block One (1) of Mountain Top Estates, as recorded in Plat Book “F”, Page 203, Probate Office of Etowah County, Alabama.
