Tatangelo dated July 7, 2023, and recorded in the Scituate, Rhode Island land evidence records in Book 869 at Page 253, with a Corrective Mortgage recorded in the same land evidence records in Book 870 at Page 101, conditions of said mortgage having been broken. Cash, or certified or bank check in the amount of $10,000.00 is required to bid. The Mortgagee shall not be required to pay the deposit to bid.
