NOTICE LANGHORNE BOROUGH Bucks County, Pennsylvania   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of Langhorne Borough, Bucks County, Pennsylvania (“Borough”) at a scheduled meeting of the Borough to be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., will consider the enactment of an ordinance (“Ordinance”). The Ordinance to be considered and acted upon is titled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF LANGHORNE, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE BOROUGH’S SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (SALDO) TO SET FORTH CERTAIN DESIGN REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS FOR THE TND-2 TRADITIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD-2 OVERLAY DISTRICT BY INCLUDING APPENDIX E AS MORE FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN, TO REPEAL INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS, AND TO ESTABLISH SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE   The public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing within the Borough concerning the proposed Ordinance.   Pursuant to the requirements of the Borough Code, the following is a summary of the proposed Ordinance, which amends certain provisions of the Borough’s SUDVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT Ordinance:   First, the Ordinance amends the Borough’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) to add Appendix E which sets forth specific design standards for the TND-2 Traditional Neighborhood Development 2 Overlay District as set forth in the appendix E attached to the Ordinance. Second, the Ordinance contains a repealer clause, severability clause, and an effective date.   The full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at Borough Hall, 114 East Maple Avenue, Langhorne, PA 19047, Monday through Friday during business hours.
