In general, the major work items include: The partial rehabilitation of the Eagle Ridge and South Dakota Lift Stations. The Eagle Ridge Lift Station scope includes removal of the existing above grade fiberglass vault; removal and replacement of existing pumps; epoxy coating of existing wet well; installation of a new valve vault, valves, and flow meter; electrical improvements to relocate existing pump controls; site lighting installation; and other miscellaneous work as described in the plans and specifications. The South Dakota Lift Station scope includes dewatering; removal and replacement of existing bypass connection piping; installation of new drain lines for bypass connection manhole and valve vault; electrical improvements to bring motor cable disconnects above grade; and other miscellaneous work as described in the plans and specifications. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works. There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting beginning at 11:00 AM local time on February 26, 2026, starting at the Eagle Ridge Lift Station site followed by the South Dakota Lift Station. Bidding contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting.
