CITY OF FRANKLIN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WEED COMMISSIONER/CUTTER The City seeks proposals from qualified companies or individuals to perform the statutory duties of weed commissioner and weed cutter. Responsibilities include inspecting properties for compliance with weed abatement regulations and cutting weeds to compliance levels. Proposals should be written and include an explanation of the proposed method to be used to perform the required duties and the proposed hourly or other billing rate(s).
