NOTICE TO PROPOSERS HEMLOCK CREEK CTH EB-45; B-05-0697 BRIDGE AND APPROACHES BROWN COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN Sealed proposals will be received by the Brown County Highway Deaprtment at 2198 Glendale Avenue, Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54303 until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for CTH EB, B-05-0697 Bridge and Approaches in the Town of Lawrence, Brown County, WI. The work under this contract for the construction of a new three span bridge B-05-0697 and roadway approaches consists of: 36W-inch prestressed concrete girders, concrete masonry for bridges, HP 12-inch by 53 LB steel piles, bar steel reinforcement, structure backfill, beam guard, curb and gutter, storm sewer, riprap, base aggregate dense, light poles and electrical appurtenances, erosion control, and all incidental items. The Highway Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, or to accept any part or combination thereof, to waive any technicalities, and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to Brown County. Proposals shall be submitted on Brown County Highway Department forms and specifications, which may be obtained by accessing Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) @ www.questcdn.com. Any proposal submitted after the date and time specified will be rejected. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Brown County Highway Department in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the quotation, shall accompany each quotation as a guarantee that if the quotation is accepted, the proposer will carry out the provisions of the proposal.
