Citizens Energy Group (2150 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202) is submitting a Notice of Intent to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit, to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: CLWSP – Project F3. The project site is generally from near the intersection of County Roads 450 South and 200 East in Zionsville, north along County Road 200 East to County Road 250 South in Lebanon and west along County Road 250 South for about one-quarter of a mile.
