Notice is hereby given that I have, as the owner (or with the owner's consent) of the property commonly described as the address of 370-530 S. Indiana St. Mooresville, IN 46158 (cross section of S. Indiana St. and Moore St.), and legally described by the attached legal description, have filed a petition before the Mooresville Boad of Zoning Appeals, which petition requests two (2) variances for the said property in order to carve out a parcel on the existing Village Mooresville Station subdivision and to construct a 7 Brew Coffee shop. This petition, File #25-162, will come for hearing at 6:00pm at the Mooresville Town Hall, 4 E Harrison St, Mooresville, IN 46158 on March 12, 2026.
