NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TWO (2) 1-YEAR EXTENSIONS OF PRELIMINARY AND FINAL MAJOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL, CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL AND VARIANCES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Tuckerton Developers, LLC ("Applicant") has applied to the Evesham Township Planning Board ("Planning Board") for two (2) 1-year extensions of the preliminary and final major site plan approval, conditional use approval and variances previously granted for the properties located at 960, 960A, 980 and 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey, the same properties also being designated as Block 30, Lots 2.03, 2.04 and 3.01, and Block 45, Lot 1 on the Evesham Township Tax Map. The properties are situated in Evesham Township's Office Professional and Municipal Center Overlay Zoning Districts as well as in the Morrison Rehabilitation Area. The Applicant proposes to redevelop the former Morrison Farm & Garden Center site with a 9,750 square foot retail commercial building including a fast food restaurant with a drive-through window, a 2-story, 14,450 square foot office building, a parking lot, storm water basins and other site improvements. A fast food restaurant with a drive-through window is a conditionally-permitted use. Additionally, the applicant proposes to construct a 48-space parking lot for the use of the Evesham Township Police Department together with a driveway providing access to Tuckerton Road. The Planning Board granted the various approvals to the Applicant on December 15, 2022 and subsequently adopted Resolution No. 2022-PB-22 to memorialize its action. In addition to the requested extensions, the Applicant has also applied for any and all other variances, waivers, interpretations, extensions and/or other relief deemed necessary by the Planning Board or its professional consultants.
This application has been scheduled for a hearing before the Planning Board on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Evesham Township Municipal Building which is located at 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey. You may appear in person or by attorney to present any testimony or objections you may have in regard to the application. Please note that the Planning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue the hearing on this application from time to time.
