ORDINANCE An Ordinance to repeal Section 3.580 of the Manitowoc Municipal Code regulating the Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Manitowoc do ordain as follows: Section 1. Section 3.580 is repealed in its entirety as follows: "3.580 Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent. There is hereby created the office of Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent, who shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Wisconsin Statutes and the Common Council. Section 2.
