High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 4165 Saturn Rd, Hilliard, OH 43026, Parcel No. 200-001859-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. If the Defendants fail to respond timely, judgment by default will be entered against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
