Those certain properties described as 3601 W. Undine Road, Stockton CA (APN: 191-080-05) 2. Vendor: Marc Cerri 3. Price: Not to exceed $7,500 per acre   Two public hearings are scheduled to be held. The first public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at the SJCOG, Inc. Habitat Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) Meeting at 9:30 a.m. The second public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at the San Joaquin Council of Governments Board Meeting at 4:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. Both will be located at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, CA, 95202.   The March 11th meeting will be hybrid for the HTAC. The March 26th meeting in-person at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton CA 95202.
