City of Visalia Request for Proposals (RFP) 25-26-24 Engineering Design Service for Cross Valley Corridor Project   Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Visalia Purchasing Division, 707 W. Acequia Avenue, Visalia, CA until 2:00 P.M. (PST) on Thursday, March 19, 2026, for Engineering Design Services for the Cross Valley Corridor Project. This project is being funded by a Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP) grant obtained by the Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG). That total project cost is expected to be approximately $45 million.
