NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Apple Valley Unified School District of San Bernardino County, California will receive proposals for the award of contract(s) for:

Interested proposers should direct questions in writing to the District’s Director of Technology Services, Jason Buchanan, at bids@avusd.org before 10:00 a.m. PST on February 23, 2026. Answers to questions and any addenda, as needed, will be posted on the District website link provided above.
This is an E-rate RFP and a Service Provider Identification Number(s) (SPIN) will be required.
All proposals must be made on the proposal form furnished by the District in the RFP package.
SUBMISSION METHOD:
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION ONLY Proposals must be received via email at bids@avusd.org on or before the time stated above. The time-stamp of the received email will be the official time of record.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal, and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the merchandise offered.
