Notice of Public Hearing   The Spring Grove Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The public hearing will be held at the Quaker Hill Conference Center,10 Quaker Hill Drive, Richmond, Indiana. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment, and to consider the following:   Ordinance 2026-03, an ordinance to repeal the Ordinance for the Flood Hazard Areas for Spring Grove and replace it with the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance for Spring Grove.
