CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Bonita Springs, Florida will hold a Second Reading Public Hearing at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Bonita Springs City Hall, Council Chambers, 9101 Bonita Beach Road SE, Bonita Springs, Florida, 34135, to consider adoption of the following titled Ordinance: (SECOND READING) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AMENDING DIVISION 2 "PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD" OF ARTICLE II, "ADMINISTRATION," CHAPTER 4, "ZONING," DIVISION 2 "HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD" OF ARTICLE II "ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT," CHAPTER 5 "HISTORIC PRESERVATION," AND, DIVISION 6 "OPEN SPACE, BUFFERING AND LANDSCAPING," ARTICLE III "DESIGN STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS," CHAPTER 3 "DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS" OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; EXPANDING THE POWERS, DUTIES, AND PROCEDURES OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD; PROVIDING FOR OTHER NECESSARY CLARIFICATIONS AND REVISIONS OF CODE; AND, PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
