NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 8, 2025, the City of Millville Planning Board ("Board") granted Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan (Phase 1) approval pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law as applicable to develop and operate two (2) warehouse facilities/distribution centers, which are 682,000 square feet and 620,000 square feet in size respectively, including parking spaces, loading spaces and storage spaces ("Application"). The improvements proposed in the Application are part of a larger proposed industrial park containing warehouse facilities/distribution centers and a hotel (collectively the "Development"), which previously received General Development Application approval from the Millville Planning Board ("Board"), and are at the property located at 1400 Dividing Creek Road, Millville, New Jersey and identified Block 136, Lot 1 as shown on the Tax Map of the City of Millville ("Property"). The Property is located within James R. Hurley Industrial Park Redevelopment Area ("Area"), which is governed by the James R. Hurley Industrial Park Redevelopment Plan ("Plan"). The proposed warehouse facilities/distribution centers are permitted uses under the Plan. As part of the Application, the Board also approved amending the GDP to switch Phases 1 and 2. On January 12, 2026, the Board adopted a resolution of approval ("Resolution of Approval") memorializing its decision to approve the Application.
The Resolution of Approval, Application, and all supporting documents may be inspected by the Public in the Planning Board office located at City Hall, 12 S.
