Swann Revocable Living Trust dated December 10, 2019, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on January 13, 2026, the Plaintiff, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 26 CV 000368, in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2230 Cardston Dr, Columbus, OH 43232, Permanent Parcel No. 010-149597, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.    The Defendants, Unknown Trustees, Grantors, Beneficiaries and Successor Trustees of The Douglas C.
