By virtue of the above stated writ, to me directed, issued out of the SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, CHANCERY DIVISION Docket No. F00828623 will be exposed to sale at public venue on TUESDAY the 17th DAY OF MARCH, A.D. 2026 between the hours of 12 o'clock and 5 o'clock (at 2 o'clock) Prevailing Time in the afternoon of said day at the Office of the Sheriff, Toms River, Township of Tom's River, County of Ocean, New Jersey.
This sale was previously scheduled to be sold on FEBRUARY 18, 2025. On or about that day, sale was canceled per attorney for Plaintiff. Sale is now being advertised for 4 consecutive weeks in order to inform the public of the rescheduled date of sale per attorney for the Plaintiff.
This sale was previously scheduled to be sold on MAY 27, 2025. Due to the filing of Bankruptcy sale was adjourned indefinitely. Per order of the Bankruptcy court sale is now being advertised for 4 consecutive weeks in order to inform the public of the rescheduled date of sale.

Surplus Money: If after the sale and satisfaction of the mortgage debt, including costs and expenses, there remains any surplus money, the money will be deposited into the Superior Court Trust Fund and any person claiming the surplus, or any part thereof, may file a motion pursuant to Court Rules 4:64-3 and 4:57-2 stating the nature and extent of that person's claim and asking for an order directing payment of the surplus money. The Sheriff or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.
The amount of judgement to be satisfied by said sale is the sum of $308,282.63 more or less plus interest.
The Sheriff shall deduct his fees, costs and commissions of sale from the total amount bid at the sale.
A 20% deposit (cash or certified funds) is required from the Successful Bidder at the time of sale.
