The Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority (Port Authority) requests separate general construction gate installation and electrical construction bids for the Former Erie Coke Gate and Electric Service Installation (Contract No. 0126 – Multi-Prime). Bids must be submitted to the Port Authority offices located at 1 Holland Street, Erie, PA 16507 by 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Hard copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at the Port Authority office upon payment of a non-refundable cost of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
