WHEREAS, Timothy D Willis, and Rhonda Marie Willis, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, as borrower(s), executed a SECURITY DEED to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, Lender which was dated 8/15/2008, and recorded on 9/2/2008, in Book 06622, Page 0149, securing the payment of a Note in the amount of $125,043.00 in Columbia County, Georgia Register of Deeds.
