Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include:
Rehabilitation of approximately 30,490 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe ranging in size from 8-inch to 12-inch located at various locations throughout the City of Reno and all miscellaneous and incidental work necessary to complete the project as specified. The scope of work shall be completed primarily by utilizing pipe rehabilitation using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) methods.
Work includes removal and replacement of existing chain link fences, header boards, color-coat, protection of existing posts, re-striping of surface, pavement of access path, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the specifications.
The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.

Only those bidders who have registered as a vendor and are included in and appear on the prospective bidders list may submit a bid.
