NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to John Doe, the unknown heirs of John Doe, deceased; Jane Doe, the unknown heirs of Jane Doe, deceased; and
PUBLIC NOTICE is also given to all other persons having any interest in and to the following described proceedings for the establishment of said public highway or claiming any right, title or interest in and to the property described below, and
That a petition signed by ten (10) or more persons, residents and real property taxpayers of Maricopa County, Arizona, has been presented to the Board of Supervisors, praying for the establishment of a public road(s) described as follows:

Two Roadways having a width consistent with the existing right-of-way and appurtenant rights, together with any additional right-of-way and appurtenances necessary to provide for construction, operation, and maintenance of the highway as designed and constructed by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation; the centerline of the highways are described as follows:
Power Road:
BEGINNING at the intersection of Power Road and Happy Road;
Thence Northerly along the East line of Section 36, Township 2 South, Range 6 East to the intersection of Power Road and Mews Road being the POINT OF ENDING.
San Tan Boulevard:
BEGINNING at the intersection of San Tan Boulevard and Valencia Avenue;
Thence Easterly along the mid-section lines of Section 36, Township 2 South, Range 6 East and Section 31, Township 2 South, Range 7 East to the intersection of San Tan Boulevard and Lime Drive being the POINT OF ENDING.
The highway is known as San Tan Blvd and Power Road, lying in Supervisor District 1.
The beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B).
General Vicinity: San Tan Blvd and Power Road.
Said road(s) having been surveyed and a map thereof prepared by the County Engineer that pursuant to the provisions of ARS §28-6701, a hearing on said petition will be held by the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona, in the meeting room of said Board located at 205 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, on the 11th day of March, 2026 at 9:30 A.M., for the purpose of considering the feasibility, advantage and necessity of the highway sought to be established, and you and each of you, and all persons wishing to object to the action prayed for in said petition are directed to file with said Board of Supervisors a statement in writing setting forth any objection or opposition and to show cause why said petition should not be granted.
