New Hope Telephone Cooperative Capital Patronage for 2005 Unclaimed Patronage Refund Below is a list of New Hope Telephone Cooperative members and former members who have not claimed their patronage refunds. The Cooperative originally authorized these refunds in September 2025 for patronage allocations earned in 2004. Unless these refunds are issued by the end of business, May 16, 2026, they will be deemed assigned to the Cooperative, as per the Cooperative Bylaws, Article XI Section 11.4.
