The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage related to the rights of the parties to the suit in certain real property known as 1248 Terrace Ave., South Bend, IN 46628, which is more particularly described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO- WIT:
LOT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR (224) AS SHOWN ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF LINCOLN TERRACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY.
SUBJECT TO THE RECORDED RESTRICTIONS WHICH ARE SET OUT AND CONSTITUTE COVENANTS RUNNING WITH THE LAND, BEING THE SAME LAND AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AS DESCRIBED AND RECORDED IN BOOK 427 PAGE 228 DEED RECORDS OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA.
