NOTICE The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-141 Amending Zoning Map (Thomas and Anita Bastian). This ordinance rezones 6.064 acres of land from General Agriculture District to Large Estate Residential District, and rezones 4.614 acres from General Agriculture to Small Estate Residential District in the Town of Kossuth. The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-142 Amending Zoning Map (Michael and Malisa Dins). This ordinance rezones 7.574 acres of land from Exclusive Agriculture District to Large Estate Residential District in the Town of Centerville. The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-143 Amending Zoning Map (Shirley Gaedtke). This ordinance rezones 7.814 acres of land from Large Estate Residential District to Small Estate Residential District in the Town of Cato. The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-144 Amending Zoning Map (Kathleen Kudick). This ordinance rezones 2.00 acres of land from Exclusive Agriculture District to Rural Residential District in the Town of Gibson. The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-145 Amending Zoning Map (Tonya Trimberger). This ordinance rezones 14.640 acres of land from Exclusive Agriculture District to General Agriculture District in the Town of Centerville. These ordinances were enacted at the February 17, 2026 County Board session.
