26-032O - The ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND REPLACE IN ITS ENTIRETY CHAPTER 4 OF THE BROWN COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES (PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS) amends the previous Chapter 4 Ordinance which governs Brown County personnel policy and regulations. The Amended Ordinance, in general, updates the prior Chapter 4 to reflect current practices and current position titles, includes a drug and alcohol testing policy, includes E-Verify requirements, and updates timelines and grievance policy and procedure.
