LEGAL NOTICE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MORRIS COUNTY   Public notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris will hold a meeting on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Commissioners’ Public Meeting Room, Administration and Records Building, Fifth Floor, Morristown, New Jersey. During this meeting, consideration will be given to the adoption of an amendment to the Morris County Solid Waste Management Plan dated January 2026 for the Plan Inclusion for the Dan Como & Sons, Inc. C/O Daniel R. Como Jr. Facility from an Exempt Facility to a Multi-Class (B & C) Recycling Facility, after a public hearing is held thereon.   During the hearing, persons interested in, or who would be affected by, or are in favor, or are opposed to the adoption of the amendment to the Morris County Solid Waste Management Plan dated January 2026 for the Plan Inclusion for the Dan Como & Sons, Inc. C/O Daniel R. Como Jr. Facility from an Exempt Facility to a Multi-Class (B & C) Recycling Facility will be heard.   The Morris County Solid Waste Coordinator, James E. Deacon, with offices located at the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority, 370 Richard Mine Road, Wharton, New Jersey 07885, will be in attendance at the hearing.   A map, the plan, and the report have been prepared and may be inspected at the Municipal Building of each municipality within the County of Morris.
