INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF BIDS
Sealed Bids will be received by the Bid Committee of the Board of School Commissioners of the City of Indianapolis until 1:00 PM ET on March 26, 2026 for RFB-26-013, Technology Infrastructure & AV Upgrades at Shortridge High School.
A pre-bid meeting with site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM on March 10, 2026 at Shortridge High School.
The complete bid package can be downloaded free of charge at https://indigo.bonfirehub.com, where bidders are required to submit a bid response electronically. Bids will be publicly opened at the indicated due date and time via the virtual Teams meeting link in the main bid document.
The Board reserves all rights to extend or postpone the due date/bid opening without further advertisement. Late bids will be rejected.
