NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Warrington Township will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Warrington Township Administration Building located at 852 Easton Road, Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider, and if appropriate, adopt an ordinance amending the Warrington Township Zoning Ordinance amending Chapter 305, Subdivision and Land Development, and Chapter 370, Zoning, of the codified Ordinances of Warrington Township. A summary of the contents of the proposed Ordinance Amendments are as follows:
I. Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance
Section 1 – Each attachment, appendix, table, figure and article shall be amended by deleting the term “should” and replacing it with the term “shall”.
Section 2 - §305-202 Definitions
As Built Plans.
Environmentally Sensitive Area.
Impervious Surface.
Land Development.
Public Meeting.
Public Notice.
Section 3 - §305-304 to be amended to add a new subsection F.
Section 4 - §305-312 to be amended to add a new subsection B.
Section 5 - §305-317 to be amended to add a new subsection 9.
Section 6 - §305-317.C.(3)(c) shall be deleted and replaced.
Section 7 - §305-317.D.(3) shall be deleted and replaced.
Section 8 - §305-329.C shall be amended.
Section 9 - §305-329.D.(8) shall be amended to add a subsection (b).
Section 10 - §305-329.D(8)(a)[2] shall be deleted and replace.

Section 30 – Document titled “Appendix H Municipal Streetlighting Technical Standards”, shall be incorporated into the SALDO as Appendix H.
Section 31 – Document titled “Warrington Township Bus Shelter Specifications” shall be incorporated into the SALDO as Appendix I.
II. Zoning Amendments
Section 1 – Section 30, Article IV, Classification of Districts shall be amended.
Section 2 – The Warrington Township Zoning Map will be amended.
Zoning Ordinance Amendments
Section 3 – The Table of Contents shall be amended.
Section 4 - Each attachment, appendix, table, figure and article shall be amended by deleting the term “should” and replacing it with the term “shall”.

A copy of the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment may be examined during normal business hours at the Warrington Township Administration Building located at 852 Easton Road, Warrington, Pennsylvania. Also, a copy of the proposed Ordinance has been provided to this newspaper and the Bucks County Law Library.
