A default has accrued on a certain note secured by a deed of trust executed by, BONNIE M. HELLWEGE; DARREN M. HELLWEGE dated 10/16/2006 and recorded on 10/23/2006 in BOOK 3041 PAGE 8, in the Recorder’s office for Boone County, Missouri. The successor trustee will on March 16, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 10:00 AM, at the South Front Door of the Boone County Courthouse, 705 East Walnut Street, Columbia, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:
A PART OF THE 10.11 ACRE TRACT, MORE OR LESS, LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-TWO (22) AND PARTLY IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION TWENTY-THREE (23), TOWNSHIP FORTY-EIGHT (48) NORTH, RANGE THIRTEEN (13) WEST, SAID TRACT BEING SHOWN IN A SURVEY RECORDED IN BOOK 263, PAGE 390 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI, WHICH TRACT IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN A DEED OF TRUST RECORDED IN BOOK 339, PAGE 166, DEED OF TRUST RECORDS OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI, THENCE SOUTH 86 DEGREES 15 MINUTES EAST 350 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 86 DEGREES 15 MINUTES EAST 70 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 1 DEGREE 15 MINUTES WEST 120 FEET, THENCE NORTH 86 DEGREES 15 MINUTES WEST 70 FEET, THENCE NORTH 1 DEGREE 15 MINUTES EAST 120 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
