BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 25th day of March, 2026 the following property to-wit :
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, way and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows:
Lot Twenty-One (21) of Edgewood Hills Subdivision, a subdivision near the City of Pineville, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more specifically shown by plat recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 106.
And
A portion of Lot Twenty-Two (22) of the said Edgewood Hill Subdivision near the City of Pineville as per plat by Daniel D. Sandefur, dated May 29, 1956, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, which said portion or part of Lot 22 is that certain area enclosed in red lines on said attached plat.
