PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 18, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., the Maple Shade Township Joint Land Use Board (the "Board") will hold a public hearing on the application ("Application") of Barrons Urban Renewal Associates, L.P. ("Applicant"). The public hearing will be held at the Maple Shade Township Municipal Building, located at 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, Burlington County, New Jersey 08052. The property which is the subject of the Application is designated as Block 64, Lot 1 (previously Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8) on the official Tax Map of Maple Shade Township, Burlington County, and is located at 105 West Main Street (the "Property"). The Applicant is seeking Amended Final Site Plan Approval to reconfigure the entrances to the retail units along Main Street.
Applicant also seeks any additional deviations, exceptions, design waivers, submission waivers, variances, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, and other approvals required to use and/or improve the property as reflected on the filed application (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time) or as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application.
The Application and all supporting documents are available for inspection with the Director of Community Development, located at 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, Burlington County, New Jersey 08052, during regular business hours. To better assist you, it is recommended that you call ahead to make an appointment by calling the Community Development Director, Kyle Wagner, at 856-779-9610 (x151).
When the application is called, interested parties may appear at the public hearing or any adjournment thereof either in person or by an attorney, ask questions, and present evidence and offer statements or documentation that may be relevant to the application. Further take notice that the Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the hearing from time to time, and you are notified that you should make inquiry to the Board concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
