TAKE NOTICE that a Civil Summons and Complaint seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: you are alleged to be the father of a female child born to Haley J. Long in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, on February 1, 2025.
You are required to make defense to such pleading no later than April 8, 2026, upon your failure to do so, the Plaintiffs who are seeking relief against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
You must file a response no later than April 8, 2026, to participate in and to receive further notice of the proceeding, including notice of the time and place of any hearing. You must file your response with the Union County Clerk of Court's Office located at 400 North Main Street, Monroe, North Carolina 28112.
