ORDINANCE NO. 2026-2721
The City of Franklin Common Council, at its meeting on February 18, 2026, adopted Ordinance No. 2026-2721, an Ordinance to amend Chapter 245, Vehicles and Traffic, § 245-5(I), Amending Subsections (I)(1) and (I)(3), Relating to Parking During Declared Snow Emergencies.
